Job Description

What you will be doing as our Project Coordinator:

  • Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
  • Assist in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, and preliminary schedules
  • Maintain project timelines - keeps track of important dates and milestones
  • Meet with designers and developers to ensure web design and development projects are on track
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, and budgets
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and the project team
  • Communicate ideas for improving the company processes with a positive and constructive attitude
  • Keep the team informed about the project status and issues that may impact client relations
  • Obtain payment information from clients when necessary - assist with reconciliation of accounts
  • Answer user inquiries regarding general computer troubleshooting
  • Assisting with HR - tracking time off requests, planning company meetings, organizing team lunches

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least several of the following:

  • 1 Years of IT support Experience or equivalent. Prior field experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Basic Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 user account management
  • Basic Windows Server 2008, 2008R2, and 2012 configuration and installation
  • Basic Windows 7 and Windows 8/10 Workstation setup and installation.
  • Working understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory and VPN technologies
  • Working understanding of networking devices such as routers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points and other networking equipment.
  • Working understanding of basic computer peripherals.
  • Demonstrates understanding of logical step-by-step based problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform in the field work individually with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed and perform work onsite at customer facilities.

This position is an entry level position responsible for performing basic technical assignments, projects, and analysis in support of Customer infrastructure. The ideal applicant will have basic knowledge and will work well in taking direction from more knowledgeable staff to both help customers and to increase their personal knowledge over time.

What you will be doing as our Sales & Marketing Manager:

  • Work with the sales department to achieve sales objective by developing fiscally sound marketing plans
  • Assist with the developing a high quality and cost effective marketing strategy and execute with the available resources within specified budgets and timelines, with a view to attain the volume and market share
  • The Marketing Assistant will assistant with conducting the new marketing plan
  • Develop marketing budgets, distributor incentive programs, and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and increase sales
  • Support marketing programs and resolve account issues to maximize the sales opportunities
  • Assist with trade shows, including: selecting and ordering space; maintaining show schedule; making travel arrangements for staff at shows; coordinating sales materials and product for shows; and shipping portable booth to various shows
  • Assist with public relations efforts, including fulfilling PR request
  • Candidates must be able to travel occasionally for trade shows and on-site demonstrations
