Pamela Dougherty
Business Office Manager
Until recently Pamela has worked full-time as a Registered Nurse for the last 26 years. She loves being with people and problem solving. She is very task and detail oriented and organized from her RN experience and from raising 7 children. At Saltech Systems she answers phone calls and fields them to the appropriate staff, assists with accounts payable/receivable, keeps track of office projects, keeps the office supplies stocked, maintains a tidy office, and performs other "duties as assigned".

Abigail Luchsinger
Project Coordinator
Abigail graduated from Iowa State University with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Design and is working towards her Master’s in Industrial Design. She loves being involved in every step of the project process; from meeting with clients to learn about their company, to brainstorming with the design and development teams, to organizing those beautiful project timelines. In her free time she performs with a Dinner Theatre and enjoys extreme downhill skiing and attempting to play banjo (but not at the same time).
