As news continues to develop on the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Saltech Systems is maintaining plans and procedures to ensure our operations continue with minimal interruptions. The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. As such, we have implemented a number of policies to protect our staff. These policies, however, haven’t slowed our operations. Our network operations and customer support teams will remain fully operational and can do their jobs entirely remotely as needed.
We are continuing to monitor developments, and will look to public health organizations like the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, Iowa Department of Public Health, and United States Department of Labor for guidance.
- Our critical business functions have continuity plans that have been reviewed, exercised, and tested.
- Our network and fully redundant data centers are well-tested and will not be impacted.
- Saltech Systems will continue to support customers, even if staff must work remotely.
