Description:

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answers calls, assist with scheduling meetings, and supports visitors. Carries out routine administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining files (paper and electronic), or providing information to callers. Other duties include depositing payments, running errands, and data entry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome Visitors
  • Answer and Direct Phone Calls to Appropriate Staff Members
  • Assist with Onboarding New Staff Members
  • Receive, Sort, and Distribute Daily Mail and Deliveries
  • Support Sales Teams with Administrative Tasks (data entry, events, etc.)
  • Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, etc.)
  • Maintain Accurate Contact List in Admin Portal and HubSpot

Requirements:

  • Experience with Tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Ability to Analyze Campaign, Generate Reports, and Make Data-Driven Decisions.

Description:
Develops, maintains, and implements systems, applications, and networking configurations in all types of organizations. Responsible for maintaining those systems to run smoothly and effectively. Routinely will monitor those systems, perform installs, configure hardware/software, and solve technical issues as they arise. Analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements. Develop solutions for network, desktop, and server issues. 

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes requests from clients having questions or experiencing problems with service or products

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (or related field) Preferred
  • 5+ years of Experience in Computer, Server, and Network Troubleshooting

  • Advanced knowledge of PC/server hardware and software
  • Advanced Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 user account management
  • Advanced Windows Server 2008, 2008R2, and 2012 configuration and installation
  • Advanced Windows 7 and Windows 8/10/11 Workstation setup and installation
  • Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory and VPN technologies
  • Advanced understanding of networking devices such as routers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points and other networking equipment
  • Advanced knowledge of network and computer security (including firewalls)
  • Advanced understanding of computer peripherals
  • Advanced knowledge of virtualization
  • Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VPN technologies

  • Worked with voice over IP phone system
