Project Brief: Des Moines property management company, Stanbrough Realty, came to use to design a single page website to showcase their new retail development project, Waukee West Retail.
Our Solution: We designed a simple one-page website that showcases the new development project. The design features drone video of the area, development flyers, and images that show floor plans and 3D renderings of the final building. We kept the color scheme from their main website and used some design elements from there to keep the brand recognizable.
