Project Brief: Heartland Custom Homes of Iowa is a premier home builder in central Iowa. They needed their new site to showcase their luxurious homes and finishes and details about their home-building process from start to finish. Heartland also needed to be able to list their current “For Sale” homes on their website.
Our Solution: Saltech developed a custom solution for Heartland Custom Homes, starting with their brand colors and working all the way up to listing their current for sale homes on their new site. We completely redesigned their homepage to showcase their client-preferred floor plans, recent builds, and processes. We also simplified the site navigation to make it easier than ever to find the home and the style that their customers are looking for. We implemented complex plugins that allowed their new site to pull their “For Sale” and “Pending” home listings directly from their Real Estate MLS (multiple listing service) and post them to a page on the site. This allows the Heartland team to post their listings on their MLS once, and the website automatically pulls them, it’s like magic. Lastly, we strived to increase conversions and drive visitor interaction by including call to actions and easy to use contact forms on all pages.
