Project Brief: Element 119 is a high-scale, luxury home building in the Waukee and West Des Moines area who specializes in meeting their customer’s needs when it comes to custom home builds. Brad at Element 119 takes tremendous pride in his company’s work and partners with the best suppliers and sub-contractors to bring the highest quality materials into every home. Element 119 needed this elegance and beauty to shine through in a new website, and showcase their craftsmanship and attention to detail, which is why Brad chose Saltech Systems to do the job!
Our Solution: Our talented designers at Saltech started by analyzing the Element 119 brand and homes to get a feel for the new style Brad wanted to bring to the site. After this, we worked closely with the Element 119 team to develop a luxurious look and feel for the site that also incorporated the brand elements and colors. Next, we developed a new, trendy navigation bar. The goal here was to keep it out of the way so visitors would focus more on the homes first, instead of the navigation when they visit the site, but keep it easy and intuitive to use. Finally, we incorporated photo/video galleries and a Sold Homes page to showcase all of Element 119’s hard work on their custom built homes.
