I own a continuing education company that provides state-required classes to individuals licensed by the IDFPR. The classes are in-person and run about 500 people. For about 3 years now, Saltech Systems has been my web hosting company, as well as the hosting the cloud server for our “Millennium” software. Due to Covid 19 everything has changed, 2020 had been a huge challenge for us, as an in-person education provider. By the grace of God and with the major help of the amazing team at Saltech Systems, we have successfully pivoted our business to 100% online classes and a web store. They have helped me with the many challenges of the pivot! Quite frankly their knowledge base is expansive, but if they do not have a solution that will work for your business, they will find one! I have been in business since 1998 and have never had his type of customer service from ANY web company that I have delt with. When needed, the owner Salman, will get involved in the project, this is unheard-of! They are like a big family over there all the way down to “group lunch Fridays”! It is obvious, this company is run well, and the team is happy! If you are nervous or concerned about taking a major step to move your business forward in this challenging time, CALL THEM!
