Project Brief: NCH Recruiting is a job placement and recruiting agency based in the Midwest. They pride themselves on making the connections that lead to interviews, offers and new opportunities for job seekers in any industry. NCH recruiting is a new business, and they came to Saltech Systems in need of an awesome website to get their business up and running. They wanted something that is as easy to use for their audience as possible.
Our Solution: We created a simple, yet still eye-catching and functional website for NCH recruiting. The biggest feature includes a system that allows employers to submit their job openings right through an easy to fill form on the site. Once an NCH recruiter approves of the job listing, the listing gets published on the website, and job seekers can upload their resume through a quick form. The current target audience for the company is ag professionals, but the design and photos are kept generalized enough to allow for the company to grow into additional job sectors.
