Project Brief: Mid-America Manufacturing is a certified manufacturing job shop that has been operating in central Iowa since 1995. They offer a full range of services including, engineering, design, milling, machining, and much more. Mid-America’s site was outdated when they found Saltech, and they felt it was time to update to modern website and design trends. They wanted to get rid of the old-school skinny page layout, with basic text and small images on each page.
Our Solution: Saltech was able to completely redesign Mid-America’s site from start to finish. We revamped their navigation to make it easier for customers, new or current, to find their services, and request quotes. We also incorporated their existing brand colors and some blueprinting patterns into the site design to help convey the feel of a professional shop. We upgraded their homepage with a video highlight reel showing off their machining and manufacturing services, and also included product pages to showcase what they make and sell to the public.
